We have been growing rapidly: our staff has doubled in size over the past 5 years and our operating budget is now $100 million. Founded in 1982, WRI has a global staff of nearly 700 people with work spanning 50 countries. We have offices in Brazil, China, Europe, India, Indonesia, Mexico and the United States.
WRI hires approximately 40 new staff per year in different programmatic areas and centers. In this position, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by assisting with various tasks throughout the recruiting and hiring process. Your key responsibilities will play a crucial role in providing potential employees with an exceptional candidate experience.This position represents an opportunity to learn about the recruiting profession. In this newly created position, you will assist the Global Talent Acquisition Manager in all aspects of the hiring process for domestic hires and have the opportunity to learn more about the recruiting profession. Ideally, you will bring an eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruiting environment and possess a keen eye for detail, impressive organization skills and a great attitude.
